EN - The PlayStation (officially abbreviated as PS and unofficially, but more commonly known as PS1 or PSX, not to be confused with the PlayStation X console) is a home video game console developed and marketed by Sony Computer Entertainment. The console was released in Japan on December 3, 1994, and was released in North America and Europe in September 1995. The PlayStation is the first of the PlayStation series of consoles and handheld game devices. As part of the fifth generation of gaming, it primarily competed with the Nintendo 64 and the Sega Saturn. In 2000, a re-designed "slim" version called the PSone was released, replacing the original grey console and named appropriately to avoid confusion with its successor, the PlayStation 2.
Note: The Console comes with 1 controller, 1 RCA or SCART cable (to connect on modern tv´s) and 1 cable / power source. No original box provided but the set will be packed with extremely care to avoid any kind of damage due to the transportation.

A consola foi lançada no Japão em 3 de dezembro de 1994 e foi lançada na América do Norte e na Europa em setembro de 1995. A PlayStation é a primeira da série de consolas e dispositivos handheld dos jogos "PlayStation". Faz parte da quinta geração de jogos, e competiu principalmente com o Nintendo 64 e a Sega Saturn. Em 2000, foi lançada uma versão "slim" re-dimensionada chamada "PSone", substituindo a consola cinzenta original e entitulada apropriadamente para evitar confusões com seu sucessor, a PlayStation 2.
Nota: Está incluído com o pack da consola 1 comando, 1 cabo RCA ou SCART (para de poder ligar às televisões modernas) e 1 cabo / fonte de alimentação. A consola não será enviada na caixa original mas será cuidadosamente empacotada (para evitar que sofra qualquer tipo de estrago devido ao transporte).
