EN - the "Tranfer Pak" is a device made by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64 that allows the transfer of data between the system and a Game Boy or Game Boy Color. The Transfer Pak has an entry for Game Boy Color and a part that fits the Nintendo 64 control accessories. It´s considered the predecessor of the Gamecube - Game Boy Advance cable.
The Transfer Pak was included with the game Pokémon Stadium, as the main feature of the game was to import Pokemon Game Boy games. The game Pokémon Stadium also had a mode called "GB Tower" to play Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow on the N64 via a built-in Game Boy emulator (which was unlockable modes "Doduo" and "Dodrio" that could increase the speed of the game in 2 and 3 times, respectively).
It is not possible to play Game Boy games on the N64 with the Transfer Pak, as was possible with the Super Game Boy on the SNES. (PAL version)
PT - O "Transfer Pak" é um acessório feito pela Nintendo para o Nintendo 64 que permite a transferência de dados entre o sistema e um cartucho de Game Boy ou Game Boy Color. O Transfer Pak possui uma entrada para Game Boy Color e uma parte que se encaixa da entrada de acessórios do controle do Nintendo 64. É considerado e predecessor do cabo Gamecube-game Boy Advance.
O Transfer Pak foi incluído com o jogo Pokémon Stadium, já que a principal característica do jogo era importar Pokémons dos jogos do Game Boy. O jogo Pokémon Stadium também possuía um modo chamado "GB Tower" para jogar Pokémon Red, Blue, e Yellow no N64 através de um emulador de Game Boy embutido (que tinha os modos destraváveis "Doduo" e "Dodrio" que poderiam aumentar a velocidade do jogo em 2 e 3 vezes, respectivamente).
Não é possível jogar jogos de Game Boy no N64 com o Transfer Pak, como era possível com o Super Game Boy no SNES. (versão PAL)
